Smarketing Like a Boss with the HubSpot CRM

"The traditional sales process is broken. Instead of "always be closing," the next generation of sales leads will "always be helping,” said Brian Halligan, CEO of HubSpot.

Today’s sales technology is advancing faster than people can keep up with it. One very helpful way to keep up with the technology is the help of the new HubSpot CRM. The new CRM allows marketers and salespeople to communicate and market with clients like never before.

The new HubSpot CRM has features that help the user stay in touch and track clients much more efficiently than before.  It’s a “light-weight” program, but does heavy lifting and enhances the power of HubSpot significantly.

So, with all that said, let’s check out some of the features for the new CRM!

Contacts

Every program has a “contacts”section, right? Right. But the new HubSpot CRMs contact section is completely customizable. You can customize it to tailor your needs, whether it be filtering your contacts or by the most relevant contacts.

The easiness of the new CRM’s page will be much more efficient and allow you to stay more organized.

Deals

This is another tool integrated into HubSpot’s CRM that is completely customizable. It reflects your buyer’s process, allowing you to customize it for different stages, adjust probability ranges for each stage and define each stage to cater to your team’s specific needs.

Tasks

This feature allows you to keep your daily/weekly tasks, calls and emails available for quick reference whenever needed. Just like every other feature in the CRM, it is completely customizable. You have the ability to filter your tasks from importance to the status of the task.

But wait, they’re not done!

HubSpot, much like the recent Apple announcement, did not finish at one announcement. They announced Sidekick.

“HubSpot's CRM and Sidekick are perfect for companies that want to transform how they attract, engage, and delight prospects, customers and leads and want sales technology that matches today's buying process,” said Halligan.

Sidekick does everything it sounds like it does. It’s your own personal sidekick. Sidekick follows you throughout the day, giving you details about the companies and contacts that you interact with.

Sidekick sends you notifications throughout the day of when your clients are opening emails, visiting your website and much more. Sidekick also helps track your teams activity and messages and analyzes the performance of each message.

Final Thoughts

HubSpot’s CRM was designed with the user in mind. It’s meant to be user-friendly, easy to use and offer multiple resources that can greatly help your team.

HubSpot’s CRM is designed for companies that want to stay up-to-date with today’s sales technology. It’s a tool that can greatly help any company, no matter the size, increase their sales and client relationships.
